Become a Wholesale Customer in Brazil!

Sixteen of Sunny Skies CBD’s products are approved by ANVISA and can be legally imported into Brazil. Sunny Skies CBD products are only available to wholesale customers in Brazil, and not to retail customers.

Doctors in Brazil prescribe CBD products for patients. Brazilian wholesale customers partner with pharmacists and supply them with CBD. Our minimum order quantity is $300, so Brazilian wholesale customers wait until they have accumulated enough orders for a $300 order and then place that order with us.

Process

Step 1 – Email Us
To become a wholesale customer, please send an email to sales@sunnyskiescbd.com and tell us about your company and what you are looking for. You can also fill out a Contact Form at the bottom of this page. We speak Portuguese. 

 

Step 2 – Information
When we receive your email, we will send you an email with our Wholesale Price Sheet and Wholesale Catalog. If you are interested in white-label products, please let us know in your email or contact form message, and we will include information about our white label, label design, and label printing services. 

 

Step 3 – Shipping
 We will also give you instructions for signing up with Tri-Star Express in Doral, Florida. They are a freight forwarding company specializing in importing products into Brazil. We enjoy working with them very much, and so have our Brazilian wholesale customers. They speak Portuguese very well. They will help you with the Authorization to Import, Customer Clearance, and potential Inspection & Release process. 

 

The 16 products approved by ANVISA are some of our top-selling products. They were approved thanks to the help of a wholesale customer of ours who worked with the ANVISA’s Electronic System for the Control of Health Products (Sistema Nacional de Gerenciamento de Produtos Controlados – SNGPC). That customer is only willing to help us register the products that he wants to order. It is our understanding that we need Brazilian representation to have more products approved. We are seeking a wholesale customer that will help us register more products without financial compensation or any kind of partnership beyond a standard manufacturer-and-wholesale-customer relationship.

FAQs

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale orders and/or white-label orders?

It does not matter whether you are ordering products with the Sunny Skies CBD label, white label with no label, or white label with your label applied, the MOQ is only $300 total order size with free shipping. There is no minimum per product. You can mix and match whatever combination of different items you would like to reach $300.

Is Abra-Cannabra your brand? Do you manufacture Abra-Cannabra Delta-8-THC products?

Yes, we make everything that we sell. Abra-Cannabra is our Delta-8-THC brand and the gummies and tinctures are made in the Sunny Skies CBD lab in Durand, Wisconsin.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes, we can send one unit of each product you are interested in for free. You will need to reach out to Tri-Star Express and create an account before we can ship your samples.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer free shipping to Tri-Star Express in Florida. Tristar will provide a shipping quote for getting the product from Florida to Brazil.

Do you offer custom formulations?

For white label, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is only $300 total order size and there is no MOQ per SKU. You can mix and match whatever combination of different items you would like to reach $300. We ship white-label orders the same day that you pay your invoice if you pay in the morning, and we ship the following day if you pay your invoice in the afternoon. We also offer free samples for white-label products. For custom formulations, the MOQ is $750 per SKU, the lead time is 2-3 weeks from the time that you pay your invoice to the time that we ship your order and you need to pay an R&D fee for samples. There is also a $70 lab testing fee per SKU.

Can we negotiate terms for exclusivity with Sunny Skies CBD?

No. Maybe for a specific formula if you are interested in our custom-formulation services.
