Ben is the CEO and Co-Founder of Sunny Skies CBD. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with undergraduate degrees in Operations Management, Information Systems, and Spanish & Portuguese Language & Culture. Before starting Sunny Skies CBD, he owned and subsequently sold a CBD product manufacturing company in Colorado. Ben feels most alive when he is traveling and playing basketball.

Pete is VP of Operations of Sunny Skies CBD. He was born and raised in Durand and lives there to this day. He and his wife Terri (CFO) are the proud parents of three kids – Peter (Operations Manager), Hunter (Lab Technician), and Libby (UW-Lacrosse student). After graduating from Durand High School, Pete played football at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls, where he received his bachelor’s degree. After graduating, he earned a master’s in education from UW – Eau Claire. He has been teaching in the Eau Claire school district ever since. Pete, veteran of the Wisconsin National Guard, feels most alive when he is talking to people!

Terri grew up in Menasha, WI and now lives in Durand, WI. She and Pete are college sweethearts, having met at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. The two are the proud parents of three kids – Peter (Operations Manager), Hunter (Lab Technician), and Libby (UW-Lacrosse student). An accountant by trade, Terri left the corporate world to make a difference as a kindergartener teacher in the Lake Pepin School District. She is now the President and Chief Financial Officer at Sunny Skies CBD. Terri, veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, feels most alive when she is traveling to new places and meeting new people!

Peter was born and raised in Durand, WI. He is a machinist by trade and oversees all lab operations at Sunny Skies, including processing, product manufacturing and sanitation procedures. Peter feels most alive when he is fishing!

Rob was born in New Hampshire, grew up in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, and lived in Oregon for eight years until 2019. He now resides in Eau Claire with his wife and young son, having moved back from Oregon to be close to family on both sides. He oversees all things marketing at Sunny Skies, but particularly enjoys photography and graphic design. Rob, veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, feels most alive when setting off on new adventures!

Tom Adler is Pete’s brother and the youngest of the Adler children. He grew up in Durand, WI and graduated from St. Norbert College in Green Bay. Tom is an expert salesman thanks to his 15 years of experience as a business owner. He enjoys lifting weights, running, and walking his three dogs (Lambeau, Lombardi, and Curly). Tom feels most alive when he is problem-solving and delivering for customers!

Hunter was born and raised in Durand, WI. He attended the University of Wisconsin – Stout where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He works full time at Sunny Skies CBD as a Processing Engineer. In other exciting news, he recently married his middle school sweetheart, Sarah. . He feels most alive when he is traveling!

Charlie is the sixth of seven Rippley children. Charlie feels most alive when he is out on the farm, fishing, riding his dirt bike, and hanging out with his brother Max.

Tiffany was born in Durand, WI and grew up in the neighboring town of Plum City. She is the proud mother of four children. Before joining Sunny Skies CBD, Tiffany was a Production Team Lead at Andersen Windows Corporation. She feels most alive when listening to live music, playing volleyball, and spending time with family.

Jack is the fifth of seven Rippley children. During the school year, he is at Colorado State University pursuing a degree in Agricultural Business and working part-time as an Executive Assistant. In the summer, he lives in Durand working with the cultivation team as a field hand. Jack feels most alive when he is playing basketball, golfing, and hanging out with the family.

Sherie grew up in the Durand area but has lived in Pepin with her husband Mike since 1997!  They have two kids, Addison and Evan.  Addison is heading off for her Freshman year at Minnesota State University Mankato and Evan also a freshman…in high school at PHS.  Sherie feels most alive when playing cards and laughing with her family, reading non-fiction, sweating to any type of workout, and all things with sunshine and summer!

I have been with Sunny Skies CBD since mid-August of 2020. When my sister Terri invited me to be part of the lab team, I was hesitant. I lived in Rhinelander Wisconsin, with my husband and my two adult daughters nearby. It was a life changing decision to uproot our lives as we knew it for the unknown. I’m thankful we took that leap. Prior to starting at Sunny Skies, I visited the store for a while getting to know everyone. The atmosphere and the staff were so welcoming I knew I would fit in.

Alicia enjoys being her children’s chauffer, caregiver, and is an expert at ordering lunches for the Sunny Skies CBD staff!
