We are dedicated to blowing our customers away with amazing customer service. We cannot realize this mission if we open the doors to everyone. While we would be more than happy to learn more about your business or have you out to the lab for a visit, our minimum order quantities are non-negotiable.

Our production schedule is very organized. We make sure that we have 6 weeks of 3rd-party-lab-tested inventory on hand at all times for all products, and have a finely-tuned process in place to predict what 6 weeks of inventory looks like. In most cases for custom formulations, we need to interrupt our production schedule to make a custom batch. We have some slack in our production schedule, but we do need orders to hit a MOQ per SKU of $750 to accommodate the time needed for a custom formulation.

SKU is an acronym for “stock keeping units”. Each product variation (such as CBD content, flavor, or packaging) has a different SKU number.

For regular white label products, we are able to keep three weeks of product as on-hand inventory because we can sell those white label products with the Sunny Skies label. We cannot, however, carry large amounts of custom formulation inventory on hand without incurring significant inventory carrying costs. In order to meet our 2-3 lead time for custom formulations, custom formulated product is made to order. Thus, a larger order is necessary to justify the interruption to the production schedule for a made-to-order, custom-formulated product.

Yes. After we formulate your product, we take a random sample from that batch and send it to SC Labs, an ISO-accredited, third-party lab in California for cannabinoid potency testing. The customer will be required to pay for the lab test, which is $70 per SKU. Lab testing takes 7-8 business days, but customers may pay to expedite this process by paying for expedited shipping and/or expedited lab testing.

If the ingredient is fat soluble, it is feasible to infuse it into a tincture. If the ingredient is not fat soluble (most ingredients are water soluble and not fat-soluble), we will not use it for custom-formulated products.

No. Full payment is due upon receipt for orders under $5,000. For orders over $5,000, a 50% down payment is required to begin formulation. The remaining 50% must be collected before Sunny Skies CBD ships the order.

No, unless you need your shipment expedited. If you would like your order expedited, we will send you your options and add the option you select to your invoice. Sunny Skies CBD ships all orders with USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or UPS.

For regular wholesale or white-label orders, we ship your order within 2 business days of receiving payment – BUT for customer formulations, the lead time is significantly longer. If we need to experiment with the formula at all, there is usually a testing and sampling process that can take 1-4 weeks. When the formula is established, your lead time is an additional 8-10 business days. We will formulate your order within 2 business days.
