6) Recommended Dosage & Instructions – the amount of CBD included in each dose and recommended doses along with instructions on how the product should be used must be included on the label.
7) Nutrition Facts – nutrition or supplement facts about the product must also be included.
8) Statement That CBD Is Not FDA-Approved – a statement that the product has not been approved by the FDA.
