What is a bath bomb?
Bath bombs are hard-packed mixtures of dry ingredients which fizz and give off bubbles when dropped in the bath water. They are composed of essential oils and epsom salts and are used to add their components, bubbles and a fragrance to bath water.
At 100mg per Bath Bomb, this single serving product is a large dose of CBD designed to relieve pain, inflammation, and/or anxiety after a long day. You can consider our CBD Bath Bombs a full-body topical as CBD is absorbed in your skin as you soak.
How does it work?
Bath bombs are essentially full-body topicals. The CBD is absorbed into the bloodstream through your skin.

CBD Isolate, Epsom Salt, Citric Acid, FD&C Colorant, Polysorbate 80, Aqua, Fragrance, Sodium Bicarbonate, Coconut Oil
Are they single serve?
Yes, but you can break them apart and get multiple uses if you like. A single serving is 100mg, which is a large (but non-toxic and safe) dose of CBD. However, keep in mind that if you are breaking apart the bath bomb for multiple uses, you are decreasing the intensity of the bubbles and scents and the quantity of essential oils and Epsom salt.
What is Epsom Salt?
Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate, which is a good source of magnesium. Low magnesium levels may negatively affect sleep, stress levels, digestion, and recovery.
